MAG 1® Way Lube ISO 220
Other Industrial Oils Industrial Lubricants and Greases
Featuring MAG 1® with FMX® Technology – Friction Management for Xtreme protection™. MAG 1® provides unsurpassed protection and performance.
MAG 1® Way Oil ISO 220 is a specially formulated fluid for the lubrication of slideways on industrial machine tools. It is formulated with pure paraffinic base oils which have been fortified with specially designed additives to protect machine tool slideways. Very low coefficient of friction eliminates stick-slip and reduces wear. Mild EP performance prevents scoring under heavy loads and special metal wetting agent protects all metal surfaces from rust and corrosion. Fluid has very low odor which contributes to a pleasant working environment. Benefits include:
- Premium base oil – performance characteristics for smooth tool operation and high quality component production.
- Performance – ultra-slick EP enhanced fluid film reduces friction and wear for high equipment durability and accurate, consistent tool operation.
- Economy – fluid resists wash off and emulsification with water and coolant.
Powerful Anti-Friction, Anti-Wear Chemistry
MAG 1® provides outstanding control of friction and wear. Advanced molecules bond together to create a wear-resistant shield that works to build barriers that reduce friction and wear.
OEMs and operating conditions continue to evolve and become more severe. One brand has evolved right alongside today’s equipment – MAG 1®. Only the most advanced lubricants meet the difficult challenges of effectively balancing performance, strength and durability.
